Drunk Driving Accident in New Jersey Kills 1
A New Jersey man has been arrested and charged for his involvement in a crash that resulted in the death of another individual. The alleged drunk driving accident occurred Jan. 29, in Sussex County. At this time, it is unknown if any other charges are pending against this young man.
According to local police, authorities were called to a two-vehicle collision on Route 565. Upon their arrival, first responders claim to have found one man trapped in his vehicle and another gentleman standing next to the victim’s car. Details of how the crash occurred have not been released.
The victim, whose age has not been identified, was pronounced dead on scene. The driver believed responsible is 24 years old. He was arrested and charged with DWI. It is unknown if a court date has been scheduled in his case.
While the details of this alleged drunk driving accident are sparse, the victim is sure to have family members that need to know what happened. Losing a loved one in such an incident is never easy, and the potential losses a family might suffer can be devastating.
