Car Crash Injures 21 People

One woman ended up pinned underneath the car, and a man who was in the building at the time of the accident pulled the victim to safety before paramedics arrived. The woman is at an area hospital. The extent of the injuries to other people are unknown. According to reports, charges against the driver may be pending. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
