A Drunk Driving Accident Doesn’t Have to Happen

Drinking and driving are not a healthy combination. The accident occurred Pulawski Avenue in South River. The man who was hit was taken to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick where he later died from his injuries. The woman pleaded guilty to second degree vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated. The woman was sentenced to six years and will have to serve 85 percent of that term, according to New Jersey’s No Early Release Act. Following her release, her license will be suspended for five years.
